If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please contact the Management Office. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of these hours and will be billed back to tenants at a rate of $50.00/hour.
